Impossible to defined calledElement on subprocess #15

The 'calledElement' attribute is nowhere to be found.

Duplicate of #5 . But, the attribute calledElement is only available for 
CallActivities.

Sorry about the duplicate, should have checked better!

How cqn I enqble the attribute? Selecting 'call activity' on a subprocess 
doesnt seem to do it?

sven is currently working on issue 5. if this is finished, the attribute will 
be set automatically.
