The reason I ask help from latex for enumeration is because neither markdown or regular text could not handle nested number list in an automatic way, e.g. when I already have:
1.
1.1
1.2
2.
and I want to insert something between 1.1 and 1.2, neither of them could automatically modify the current "1.2" to "1.3". This is very essential for me when I try to create an updatable table of content within this note. No one wants to manually change the rest of the nested number when the number in on the top is changed.
Please add some customizable latex preamble and package support.
