can't change text background color in multiple words continuously #1126

I want to change background color of text in text-cell into same color continuously.

  1. Select "first word" and change into red, this works OK.
  2. Select "second word" and want to change into same red color, but the red pencil is already "picked" so I can't select it again. I need to pick another color of pencil and then pick red one again. This is very frustrating.

When I change the text color (not background), the pencil goes down when I select next word. so I can change the text color continuously. So I think this is a bug.

I checked this issue in version: 3.0.5 and 3.1.3.
