Underline in Mathjax always wrongly recognized as italic marker! #1141

Same thing happens with bold, etc. This has been my only real frustration. image

I would happily take an option to disable italic/bold displayed text in Markdown entirely just to get rid of this! It's one of the only irritating things about this app. To be fair though, even Sublime Text 3 has this exact same issue, so it's not just here.

@thosgood Note for Sublime Text 3, I do not get that problem if I use Markdown Extended and Monokai Extended together.
