[Feature request] Pinned notes? #1157

Hi @ylian,

I'd like to be able to pin notes to the top of a notebook (related to #961).

This would be very helpful In many use cases. For example, one could pin a to-do or project plan to the top of a project notebook, or pin essential protocols, reference material or documentation to the top of a notebook documenting an ongoing project.

Absolutely. I have been wanting this feature myself.

This will be addressed during UI redesign (prob. in a month). I am still focusing on 3.2 model redesign/rewrite, most changes are done, but still quite a few issues to fix.

Any updates on this? A minor feature, but a useful one IMO.
