Support fish syntax #1188

Hi, for my shell I use fish (fishshell.com) rather than bash. I know it's a bit niche, but I know many people who is it. Any chance we can support the fish syntax in the code cell? It's syntax is different from bash's.

+1 for fish shell. Most people I work with I've converted to fish shell, so I almost forgot it was still a bit niche :D
