The text cell for tags allows copy/paste. It is even in the context menu for the cell. However, if you highlight all of the tags, copy them, and then try to paste them into another Note, it only creates "empty" tags on the new note. If you paste into the contents of the note, the result is gibberish.
Expected Results:
Highlight and copy 1 or more tags from an existing note
Paste into a text area of a note: the text values of the tags are pasted (delimited maybe?)
Paste into the Tag text area of another note, the tags are properly added to the new note
