Support for sub-notebooks in iOS #1305

In version 1.0.1 of Quiver for iOS (12.2), there is no support for sub-notebooks. They will sync, but they appear all on the same level as their parent notebook.

Yes, this is really annoying, because when you organize many notebooks in a deeply nested hierarchy, the iOS app gets cluttered pretty quickly.
