UI not honouring theme #1326

With the most recent update to Quiver I've noticed that the themes are not having their icon/tool colours honoured making the toolbar unreadable in many cases. See screenshots below of three different themes. Version 3.2.6 (200) on Mac OS 10.14.5 (18F132)

For the built-in themes, restarting the app should fix the color issue.

For the custom theme (Light Blue), it's using some non-standard color hex. Color hex should be "#rgb" or "#rrggbb".
