The problem of 'NOOTBOOKS' #1339

Can you increase the user's ability to create'NOOTBOOKS'peer projects? When I have a lot of notes, I really need to keep some of the more important ones separately.

You can create new notebooks, and notebooks can be nested. This should be enough for most use cases.

Quiver also supports opening multiple libraries at once. It's designed for use cases such as separating a work library from a personal library. Check out "File Menu > New Library" and "File Menu > Open Library". Each library opens in its own window.

Any thoughts on providing more of a table of contents for nested notebooks?

I really love the idea of nesting notebooks but when you select the top notebook you just get a flat list of all the notes in the notes pane. Would be nice to namespace them or provide a tree view or....
