Hey, I like your app very much and it is one of my most valuable apps I'm using for my daily work as a full stack dev (beside JetBrains and Adobe apps). But it has some flaws. I think and hope it's only due to an issue of limited time you can spend on the app development. If so, what if you hire some people to work on this? I paid only 10$ more than 3 years ago. I don't think this is a sustainable business concept if you let the users update the app without any further financial contribution to the development. Not only for you but also for us, the users. I would be more than glad to pay for example 2.99$ each month or like 24.99$ each year for the app, if it keeps up with the times and gets more features (desired by the users). What do you think @ylian?

First off: I completely agree with @Tech-Nomad on Quiver being an extremely useful piece of software. Given the lack of communication & updates in recent months, I'd also have to agree that the current code development and release model doesn't quite work.

That said, I'm very much not a fan of a subscription-based model. In fact, it was Quiver's flat-fee model that made me pay for & use it in the first place. I absolutely support paying for code development and good software; but subscription pricing does not mean better software development or more frequent updates.

So please don't turn this into a subscription-based app!

One can still keep the option of purchasing the app via one-time payment but then you will need to pay again for (upgrades to) versions published after your purchase. Everything else is from my point of view parasitism.
