Reopen all open libraries on system restart #1454

I usually work with two Quiver library files open, i.e. I have two separate windows. Whenever I restart the app, both windows open again just fine. But when I restart the whole system, only one of the libraries open again.

It would be great to see all open libraries open on system restart 👍
