Black cursor in Atom One Dark is difficult to see #719

When using the Atom One Dark theme in Third Party Themes, the cursor is black making it difficult to see.

If you explicitly change the markdownCellTheme in the CSS file from "" to "monokai" it will fix this issue:

Not work for Version 3.2.3 (188), so sad.
