Dracula Theme support wanted #887

@ylian Please add support for the Dracula Theme to Quiver

I am a regular user of Quiver and the Dracula Theme and would really like to use this theme with Quiver as well. There are many users of this popular theme and it would be a great addition to Quiver.

Also, having this theme listed with the Quiver App supported on their main home page would help in expanding awareness of the Quiver App and popularize it to the large group of Dracula Theme users if you do that as well.

@avalonx I started making one awhile back but did not finish since I now use other colorschemes. Feel free to use it as a starting point. You can reference the Color Palette.
