[Feature Request] AutoScroll feature while using autofill #620

AutoScroll feature

What problem does this feature solve?

When we are using the autofill feature and dragging cells down to copy we can go as far as the end of the screen, but ideally there are 100 rows down below where I want to copy, so the table should be smart enough to start autoscrolling if a user is still dragging it down or up

What does the proposed API look like?
