Create a team

As a team manager, I need to be able to create a team.

Requirements

• [x] Design and create a team model.
• [x] On creation, the team needs to be linked to the user who created the team.
• [x] Create an interface to create a team.

Creating and managing a driver line-up is not in this scope.

Data is now being saved, when the user creates a team.

Next steps:

• Show the user the creation is successful and redirect them to an overview or something. - Maybe add a confirmation screen when registering. (Otherwise for later)

The confirmation modal is implemented. Need to create a message to indicate the team is created successfully and redirect them to another message.
