Fix lag issues when playing #6

I experience some lag when playing. Need to investigate if it has to do with spawning of the objects or something else. Runs smooth for a while, then freezes shortly, then smooth again.

This issue might be related to a performance problem with LÖVE 11.1 and not the game. Reference: https://bitbucket.org/rude/love/issues/1402/110-is-slower-than-0102-with-some-graphics

Prova stänga av parallax, kan det ha att göra med lagget, när den wrappar? Prova också stänga av spawn och se om det ändå laggar...

Skapade grenen https://github.com/HappyStinson/downhill-willy/tree/performance-profiling men svårt att återskapa och se var lagget uppstår. Gått bra att köra de senaste gångerna.
