What device are you running Slide on? Are you signed in at the time that this issue occurs? Are you using the version of Slide from FDroid or the Google Play Store?

I have received reports of similar behavior being caused by bugs in OxygenOS if you are using a OnePlus device

My device is SO-04J Yes Play Store
