Unable to connect to reddit #3454

Slide version: Version 6.7.1 (latest) Android version: 4.4.4

downloaded apk from fdroid but unable to set it up.this is the error message error Screenshot_2022-04-11-15-40-50_me ccrama redditslide

while i am able to connect to reddit via browser Screenshot_2022-04-11-15-40-40_com kiwibrowser browser

i am not using any vpn or netshield or anything of that sort. tried to reinstall after uninstalling but no success. device is mi pad 1 mocha help me in fixing this issue
