Ask all questions at the start of the script #20

It would be cool to ask the user questions at the start of the script e.g. user name, passwords, domain, email, IP confirmation etc.

Adding another question along the lines of "please enter the names of any additional packages to be installed at the end" would also be cool, so people could just write libreoffice mc htop etc. :-)
