Improvement to gauges #20

Huge reworking of the cockpit, adding new gauges, adding flashlight effect to them, adjusting their positions, improving some textures, etc.

Closes #5

@Harald67 after we have to see what to do with the empty space where the radio for the NAV2/VOR2 previously was. I think there should be a hole on it:

If you carve this hole, I have an ideal texture for it
