Procedural lights option in the aircraft dialog #72

Do we really need to have a checkbox for procedural lights in the aircraft dialog? Can't we just enable them automatically if ALS is on, and disable them if ALS is off? They look much better IMO and so I see no point in letting the user choose it:

@Harald67 also, the procedural lights could be a bit more intense (and thus larger), don't you think?

if you tell me how I can make them bigger and if Harald agrees I can remove the option . and know I practiced if clauses for my English class test ;-)

@D-ECHO I am actually not familiar at all with the ALS lights, maybe try taking a look at c172p files
