[General Bug] Bow reticle enhancement blocked by invisible wall in Town Shooting Gallery

Description of the bug:

When the Bow Reticle enhancement is on and you are playing in the Town Shooting Gallery, the reticle is blocked by the invisible wall, preventing the enhancement from working properly during the minigame.

Can you reproduce? If so please list the steps:

• [ ] No, I cannot reproduce this bug
• [X] Yes, here are the steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Turn the Bow Reticle enhancement on.
2. Start the Town Shooting Gallery minigame.
3. Ready an arrow to display the reticle.

Expected behavior:

The reticle should not be blocked by the invisible wall so that it can be used to aim at the Octoroks more easily.
