Can you reproduce? If so please list the steps:

[x] Yes, here are the steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Enable "Increase actor draw distance" or "Widescreen actor culling"
2. Play song of soaring with actors in the background
3. See the bug

Expected behavior:

"Increase actor draw distance" or "Widescreen actor culling" should not affect what is hidden by the song of soaring animation
