Search error - Githubissues


i installed vQmod for my opencart 1.5.4.1 and since i have done that a few 
problems have strated happening on my website..!!!!! I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP.
1) if you go on my website www.zaramakes.com and search for any product i get 

Not Found

The requested document was not found on this server.
Web Server at zaramakes.com

so i went and looked t the error log which tells me there is a problem here

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP...!!!!! ITS CAUSING 
INCONVENIENCE FOR MY CUSTOMERS.

2) since iv install vQmod my meta tag description for my website in not working 
when i google my website.
I have started getting 
Zara Makes. English. English. Pound Sterling. Euro; Pound Sterling; US Dollar. 
Shopping Cart - 0 item(s) - £0.00. Your shopping cart is empty! Welcome 
visitor ...

when i google zaramakes

ALL OF THIS HAS ONLY STARTED HAPPENING AFTER I INSTALLED VQMOD!!! 

vQmod Version:2.4.1
Server Operating System: Opencart 1.5.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Only using vqmod for facebook like extension on my website.
