What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installation of vQmod Ver 2.4.1 into Opencart Version 1.5.6.4
2.Confirmed new files in vqcache folder
3.Written simple test xml script, which produces no errors in logs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

vQmod installs OK, but no scripts run. 
Have checked error logs, and nothing no new script files in vqcache folder

vQmod Version:2.4.1
Server Operating System:

Hi I have the same issue this is holding up a launch of our site, nothing 
appears to work with vqmod and no logs to go on

If its not working, its a permissions error. Check your **PHP** error logs for 
details, as this is not a vQmod issue

My issue was the case-sensitivity of the DIR_SYSTEM configuration constant 
using opencart 1.5.6.4 on MAMP php 5.3,27

Managed to get some working by modifying the script, and separating
Filepath and Filename
