  Description

  This pull request includes changes to the Dockerfile and start-selenium-grid.sh file. The Dockerfile has been updated to use the --platform=linux/arm64/v8 flag for the FROM instruction, and the CMD instruction has been modified to use the /start-selenium-grid.sh script. The start-selenium-grid.sh file has been added, which contains a bash script to start the Selenium Grid hub.
