Move DB info from Bin to config file excluded from GIT #8

DB info needs to be copied to each bin directory... Put a copy in the bin directory of your main application (e.g. TwitchChatBotConsole\TwitchChatBotConsole\bin\Debug\UidAndPwd.txt).
