Thank you for the feedback.
Facilitator commands are adapted from AB3 with some changes.
We have decided to use slightly longer prefix for consistency as using 1 or 2 letters may be confusing for users given that we have quite a number of prefixes. Some prefix begin with the same letter (date and desc, office and on, next and name) and we think that it may be confusing for users if we use 2 letters. We have already shortened some prefix like desc. Nevertheless, this is something we can improve on in the future.

Reason for disagreement: From a UX point of view, I do think this should not be rejected. Perhaps, consider creating an autocomplete function. My team was exploring that and it seemed to work. I think it would definitely improve your app's usability and preserve the "lack of confusion".

< Features that are not optimized enough for fast-typists or target users>
I'm a relatively fast typist but doesn't mean I like typing more than I have to. Consider using only 1 or 2 letters to represent your prefixes?
A command could be as long as: facil add /name NAME [/phone PHONE] [/email EMAIL] [/office OFFICE] /code MOD_CODE
