Draconic Echo Modifying Condition Damage Stat #100

Draconic echo causes maintaining facets to have extra effects. Maintaining facet of elements with draconic echo causes it to grant a 5-10% condition damage modifier - this is currently being interpreted as increasing condition damage stat by 5-10%.

Its good to have the example here, but I'm closing this as duplicate of #86 .

[5:10 AM]mightyteapot: quick clarification on the draconic echo one [5:10 AM]mightyteapot: I think the issue is not that it's displayed as such, it's more that that buff is a condition damage multiplier [5:10 AM]mightyteapot: it does not increase condition damage stat (I think)
