Individual Boon And Condition Modifiers Not Shown In Stat Panel

Certain modifiers only affect a specific condition/boon i.e. extra burning duration on smoldering sigil or various traits. This isn't reflected in the stats panel which would be very useful for players to see. Image here shows guardian build that has 82% burning duration, with 42% expertise. (sigil and trait 20% mods)

We actually do properly keep track of this internally, so it should only be a matter of displaying it.
