Knockdown Defiance Damage #37

Knockdown, Daze and Stun incorrectly report 150/s whereas it should be 100/s

I got the values i use from https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Defiance_bar (i think), but i must just have misread the page.

TimeDaze TimeFloat TimeKnockdown TimeStun

will be changed from 150/s -> 100/s with the next api build.
