Some Elite Specializations Don't Display Minor Grandmaster #51

Some elite specializations don't display their minor GM trait because their adept minor has been replaced by the weapon mastery.

Ok, so the issue is not actually in the hardstuck templates, but in the fact the our api is inconsistent as to where the weapon proficiency gets placed. Most of the time its the 4th minor, but for some reason, sometimes, its the first one.
