Attribute Conversion Traits Don't Always Get Counted. #72

Some attribute conversion traits don't get applied or displayed in the attributes panel (note: this could be a cosmetic issue and they are being numerically applied just not shown in the 'list of attribute sources')

This also seems to apply to utility consumables that convert stats.

Magnanimous oil is not applying here: https://beta.hardstuck.gg/gw2/builds/guardian/firebrand/ All builds with consumables will also have this bug as far as I can tell.

I am going to have to split this out into multiple issues.

Items should already work properly.
