Missing 'Duration Increase' fact on 'Signet of Inspiration' with 'Blurred Inscriptions' #76

This is with the signet trait 'Blurred Inscriptions'. Even tho the active effect still sais it will extend boons on yourself, the fact gets hidden if you equip the trait.

I might add that this is already on the skill itself, and has nothing to do with the trait fact injection.
