Flip Skill Fiesta #92

Few issues are activated.

1) Hammer 2 displays as glacial blow (the trait isn't taken it should be mighty blow) 2) Axe autoattack is only showing the final chain 3) Hammer autoattack is only showing the final chain 4) Zealot's flame is only showing the flip skill, not the initial skill 5) Hammer's item is showing as '%str1%%str2%Mist Lord's Hammer%str3%%str4% Hammer' (lol)

I'm reasonably certain that all of this is to do with the buildcodes lib, but ill leave it open untill i fixed it just in case.
