makeSource's dragOptions for onComplete doesn't seem to work #217

I'm using mootools

onComplete never gets called.....  it probably should? because 
jsPlumb.draggable() works fine

yeah that was a bug - the stop event was not being wrapped, it was just being 
overwritten.

this is fixed in 1.3.8, which i will be releasing soon.
