connection event fires multiple times with state machine connector (possibly others) #237

The connection event is fired multiple times when making connections with state 
machine connector, and possibly others. Experienced in Chrome 18.0.1025.162 m 
and IE9 in all browser and document modes, using jquery-1.7.1 and 
jquery.jsPlumb-1.3.8
