loopback positioning error inside jquery-ui tabs

hello,

unfortunatelly i cannot provide a minimal test-case for the issue right now, 
but here is a short description:

creating a loopback connection programmatically inside a tabpage of an already 
initialized jquery-ui tabs control makes its position off. i want to point out 
that any other connections (that appear between different nodes) are rendered 
correctly.

if i dont initialize the jquery-tabs control, positioning of loopbacks seems to 
be correct, although i can still notice a 1x1 pixel shift.

i also noticed that reporting offsets by jquery-ui position plugin has the same 
error, so that might be related to this issue. (i dont know if it matters, but 
the graph-container DIV has the style "position: relative" applied)

i attached a screenshot. the loopback connection is supposed to appear above 
node #4.
