create jsFiddle equivalents of the available demos #337

this is a suggestion. if jsFiddle versions of the demos were available, it 
would be super simple for users to get started or to demonstrate a problem they 
are having.

i've started development by adapting demos in the download zip, and that wasn't 
a good idea. because i wanted to work with the unreleased 1.4 version i had to 
go to the jsPlumb-master/demo/jquery folder, and they contain more stuff than 
needed. it took me a while to get started, just to have a clean minimalistic 
example.

i'm not going to do this.  i don't want to spread jsplumb out across the 
internet like this.
