clean up zip file, one file per version, also build for snapshot

the current download contains a lot of old versions. it took me a while to find 
a place to get started, and the examples (demos) i chose were probably not the 
easiest way (jsPlumb-master\demo\jquery they contain html header n'stuff). for 
example jsPlumb-master\build\1.3.16\demo\jquery\anchorDemo.html looks much 
cleaner, but i did not find it for the first 2 days of coding, and it's not 1.4.

my suggestions and expectations:
1) i would expect 1 download per version.
2) all those 'archive' folders can be removed
3) 'build' would only contain the contents of the version it is for, for 
example 1.3.16
4) the snapshot (1.4) really should also contain a build
5) make one folder per demo. i would put anchorDemo.html and anchorDemo.js and 
anchorDemo-jquery.js and anchorDemo.css in the same folder. some common files 
like jsPlumbDemo.css remain in another folder.
