the 'drawEndpoints' option (as described in the docs) doesn't exist? #90

The documentation mentions the 'drawEndpoints' options for jsPlumb.connect:

drawEndpoints
This is a boolean value that defaults to true.

However, this didn't seem to work, and on closer inspection, the word 
'drawEndpoints' doesn't even occur in the source code?

Hmm, I only just noticed I probably mean the same thing as issue #82, "Revive 
ability to not draw endpoints (from 1.0.4)"? Still, either the docs or the code 
would need to be updated I'd say ;).

yeah this is a dupe of issue 82.  i'm adding both the 'setVisible' method and 
also the Blank endpoint to 1.3.0, but i think i will probably wire this 
drawEndpoints thing back up too.  i could imagine someone possibly needing 
this. and since for me it's just a case of calling setVisible after i create an 
endpoint, it's not like it's very much effort. i'll leave this issue open until 
it's all done.
