Implement upstash redis caching of data pulled from open sea api

basically checks cache to see if it has anything:

if it is not empty, then use data from cache
if it is empty, call the open sea api in a loop, getting 250 collections at a time

also filter the collections to get only those that have seven day volume and aren't called Untitled Collelctions #XXX

of the remaining collections add them to cache in chunks of at most 500 at a time
right now, the code in the app ran through about 50,000 collections and filtered them down to about 130 that have at least 1 ETH in 7 day volume and don't start with "Untitled Collection" as their name

note that the caching won't work until you add the necessary REDIS_URL environment variable to your netlify/vercel/etc environment

still need to write a script that would run about once a day and go thru ALL the collections and cache those of interest

also need to figure out better filtering than simple filtering based on 7 day volume
