Monitoring doesn't restart after failing to purchase an item #764

Describe the bug If turbo_initiate returns a 200 response that cannot be parsed into html, restart the monitoring task for that item. This seems to indicate that we were too late on the drop, and the offer id is no longer valid.

The response body I got was 1 byte, containing a space.
