Nagios Exchange handover #402

Now that you're back as maintainer of check_yum, should we try to hand over the Nagios Exchange entry for it to you?

I think it works by you claiming ownership fort it. Can you have a look at: https://exchange.nagios.org/about in the section "I found my plugin or addon on this site - How can I manage it?"?

If I'd get any request automated confirmation request or so, I'd confirm it. Otherwise we'd have to mail the Nagios Exchange folks, I guess.
