Added alphabet.txt and sentence generator and sentences for Tamil

Hey Megh, thank you for the PR and sorry for being late, I've been away for a couple of days,

I see the Tamil alphabet, sentence generator, and generated sentences here, I think we also need the acoustic model and the scorer. Also, the PR title says both Tamil and Hindi, will you be adding Hindi to this PR?
