I found this software may need to run under win when downloading 3vvv but the neccess do not have a vision on win. and 3dna is not provide anymore.so i am really confuse on how to install those software and make it work on your code

Most of the dependent software is based on Linux. If you are a windows user, Kindly use our website https://web.iitm.ac.in/bioinfo2/prapred/
