Description

Same names are not allowed. This might realistically happen for more common names and should thus be allowed. Unique telegram handle makes more sense than unique name.

Steps to reproduce

  1. add or edit any member to have same name as an existing member

Expected behaviour

Member is added

Actual behaviour

Error is throw
