[Core] Spelling Interceptor #113

If enable, tries to convert every input into spelling. Maybe another interceptor to do the opposite? Given a spelling, turn into word.

Hey be see -> A-B-C google dot com -> google.com

This interceptor can be very useful when STT solutions are "not too good".
