[Linguistics] Negative Concepts

Concepts, including Frames could have modifiers (Negative, maybe others?)

This can be done gracefully if concepts overrides the equals method.

• Negative Sentences could be defined as a modifier (or attribute)

  NegativeConcept extends Concept {
  public boolean equals(Concept b) {
  return !super.equals(b);
  }
  }

Every concept that has the negation attribute should be treated accordinly.
